Aberdeen, Scotland | Full-time | On-site | Competitive Salary + Commission + Benefits

Are you experienced in fire & security, IT solutions, or technology sales and ready to take your career to the next level? Scot-Tech Fire & Security is looking for a Technical Business Development Executive to drive growth, manage key accounts, and expand our presence in the commercial fire & security market, throughout Scotland but predominantly in the North East.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business & manage key accounts within the fire & security sector
  • Sell fire & security systems & service contracts to commercial clients
  • Identify & target high-value opportunities using your industry knowledge
  • Lead the full sales process—from first contact to closing deals
  • Capture leads and drive sales performance using our CRM system
  • Ensure effective and efficient bid management to optimise resource allocation and maximise win rate
  • Work closely with operations & marketing to elevate sales impact

What You’ll Bring

  • Fire & security industry experience—technical, operational, or sales (preferred but not essential)
  • OR experience selling IT products or services in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage technology-based projects from initial consultation to completion
  • Strong relationship-building skills with business clients
  • Ability to drive sales performance and work to targets
  • Excellent communication skills, resourceful and engaging.
  • Ability to build plans and bring teams together for mutual success.
