Technical Campaign Executive

Our Team: How We Enrich Everyday Life

You’ll be joining Bauer Media Audio’s growing CRM team – the people behind the personalised customer journeys that help transform listeners into loyal fans. We work across some of the UK’s most recognised audio brands, including KISS, Magic Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, Absolute Radio, Kerrang! and Planet Rock, as well as competitions and promotions such as Make Me A Winner.

This is a collaborative, supportive team where people are encouraged to learn, develop and take ownership. We work closely together, share knowledge and actively help each other grow, whilst maintaining a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As our CRM function continues to expand, we're looking for an additional Technical Campaign Executive to help support increasing campaign volumes across both Audio and Competitions.

The Difference You Will Make

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the technical execution of CRM campaigns that reach millions of listeners and customers across Bauer Media.

You'll sit at the heart of our CRM operation, acting as the link between campaign strategy and campaign delivery. Working closely with CRM colleagues, brand teams and stakeholders across the business, you'll help build the journeys, automations, audience segmentations and campaign workflows that ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

As a newly created role within a growing team, you'll have the opportunity to work across two distinct areas of the business – Audio and Competitions – giving you exposure to a broad range of customer journeys, audience behaviours and campaign objectives. If you enjoy combining technical thinking with marketing execution and want to see the direct impact of your work, this role offers plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and make a genuine difference.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for supporting the technical delivery of CRM campaigns, ensuring customer journeys, audience targeting and campaign automations are built and executed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing customer journeys and automated campaign workflows within CRM platforms.
  • Creating and maintaining audience segmentations to support personalised communications.
  • Supporting the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across multiple brands and business areas.
  • Managing campaign scheduling and deployment activity.
  • Ensuring CRM data and campaign processes are accurate, efficient and effective.
  • Supporting reporting activity and campaign performance analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Working closely with colleagues across CRM, marketing and content teams to deliver engaging customer experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
