We are looking for a reliable and motivated technical cleaner to join our night shift team on a secure site. This role requires full security clearance, so applicants must be able to meet the clearance requirements.
Contract: Permanent
Type: Full time
Pay: £15.21 Per Hour
Hours: 42 hours per week (Saturday to Wednesday from 20:45pm until 05:45am)
Location: NATS, Sopwith Way, Swanwick, Southampton, Hampshire, England, SO31 7AY
You will use the Merlin system (via a provided mobile device) to log tasks, complete checks, and record cleaning activities. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out technical cleaning tasks during your Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45pm – 05:45am shift to the required standard Use the Merlin system to log tasks and record completed work Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly Build knowledge of the designated cleaning areas and work schedules Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times Work effectively as part of a team, while also using your own initiative Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve standards
What We're Looking For
Ability to communicate and read basic English Previous technical cleaning experience is desirable. Reliable, hardworking, and professional in your approach Open, honest, self-driven, and determined Flexible and willing to undertake all required training
