Job Description
Demi is an AI-native ecommerce company rethinking how brands grow online. We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to build this from zero. Location
London, UK
Why this role is remarkable
- Join as an equal co-founder with full ownership of the technical roadmap and the opportunity to build an AI-native ecommerce platform from scratch.
- Backed by Antler’s global venture network, providing immediate access to funding, high-level mentorship, and a powerful community of founders and investors.
- Partner with a co-founder who brings deep expertise from Goldman Sachs and Antler, specializing in startup inception, fundraising, and commercial strategy.
What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of the core product, making critical architectural decisions and shipping high-quality code in a fast-paced, pre-product environment.
- Architect and implement AI-native workflows, agentic systems, and data infrastructure that provide a competitive edge over legacy ecommerce platforms.
- Scale the company from a two-person team to a high-performance engineering organization, setting the technical culture and hiring future engineering talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
