We're looking for a Technical co-founder—not a hire, a partner.

Diagnuvo Health is building the real-time clinical intelligence infrastructure Diagnuvo ED™ for emergency departments. We're taking fragmented, reactive systems and making them coordinated, predictive, and lifesaving.

We've validated the vision: Infrastructure backed by Techstars, AWS, NVIDIA, Google Cloud, and Azure for Startups. Clinical validation from 38+ frontline emergency physicians. Strategic advisors from Oxford, Cambridge, and NHS. Founder Selected and recognized by Founders Institute Silicon Valley and 1752 VC Ignite Program. Our pre-seed round closing in Q3 2026 at £1.5M pre-money.

But here's the truth: this is a systems problem, not a prediction problem. Real-time synthesis across fragmented data. Multi-pathway orchestration. Clinical escalation coordination. That requires a technical co-founder who can architect infrastructure, lead a team, and see three moves ahead.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're looking for:

  • PhD in Machine Learning (or equivalent depth)
  • 3+ years professional ML/AI engineering experience
  • Leadership DNA—you've led teams or projects; you think strategically
  • Someone who gets clinical systems and loves complexity
  • A partner you'd trust with the company and the vision

On compensation: We're bootstrapped right now. Equity is the currency—we're offering ~4% co-founder equity (revisited with future rounds as we scale). Post-funding, we'll pay you market rate or better. Right now, we're looking for someone who believes in the mission enough to build the foundation with us.

On time commitment: We're bootstrapped, so we're realistic—you likely have other commitments. Right now, we're looking at 5–6 hours per week. Post-funding and as we scale, that will grow significantly. We're building a company, not asking for a part-time gig.
