About the Team
You’ll join a London-based team dedicated to delivering implementation services for LexisNexis Risk Solutions clients across EMEA.
About the Role
This position focuses on delivering tailored onboarding solutions for new business customers through the RiskNarrative Digital Onboarding & Financial Crime platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement bespoke SaaS solutions for new customers, ensuring seamless onboarding.
- Translate client requirements into actionable configurations, combining platform expertise with technical guidance (e.g., API integration, webhooks, JSON/XML).
- Advisory role: Work as a trusted partner for clients, offering strategic insight into financial crime mitigation, training, and platform optimisation.
- Collaborate with Client Directors and stakeholders to proactively address client needs across the entire onboarding lifecycle.
- Develop financial crime strategies tailored to client objectives via RiskNarrative platform configurations.
- Gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment between clients and internal/external teams.
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting performance SLAs and service level agreements.

Requirements
Key Skills & Experience
- Bespoke SaaS implementation & configuration – Proven ability to customise and deploy platform solutions.
- Technical proficiency:
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and webhooks for integrations.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and middleware environments.
- Financial crime expertise:
- Practical knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Application Fraud
- Transaction Fraud
- KYC (Know Your Customer)
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
- Data Governance
- Credit Risk
- Background in analysis, investigation, or risk consultancy preferred.
- Practical knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Communication & collaboration:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with investigators to C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to work in diverse teams, troubleshoot issues, and anticipate client needs.
- Multitasking & deadlines:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously under strict performance guarantees.
- Drive time-sensitive dienst delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.
