An exciting opportunity has come up to join a forward-thinking, growing legal software consultancy as a technical consultant. The main purpose of this role is to deliver successful software implementations and integrations and communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

Main duties

  • Configuring software and integrating with customer systems.
  • Contributing to implementation workshops.
  • Producing technical documentation and handover materials.
  • Gathering requirements and converting them into technical tasks.
  • Troubleshooting issues and arranging resolution.
  • Building and documenting SQL migrations.
  • Communicating decisions and technical risks clearly to customers.
  • Analyzing data sources and defining transformation rules.

Skills and experience required

  • Strong experience delivering software implementations.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Previous demonstrable data quality and data migration work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Legal technology or information governance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft .Net, ASP.Net, and C#.
