Technical Consultant (AI-Driven Commerce)

What’s the Role?

We are looking for a Technical Consultant who will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services that support the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of Rezolve's platform.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams
  • Gather requirements, design technical solutions, and guide customers through implementation and go-live
  • Provide long-term platform support to ensure customers maximize its value

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of the platform for leading online retailers, analyzing business, technical, and data requirements, and supporting solution design (including data models, integrations, and API usage)
  • Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live phases, producing clear technical documentation for both internal and client-facing use
  • Provide day-to-day technical consulting post-go-live, addressing platform configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements
  • Support customers in evolving their use of the platform with technical enhancements and guidance on capabilities, data structures, integrations, and best practices
  • Drive optimization initiatives by applying technical knowledge to improve platform performance and meet evolving business needs
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to business and technical stakeholders to ensure full adoption and value realization
  • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through all project phases
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption

Who Are You?

We don’t believe in tick-box criteria—what matters is your fit for the role. Here are some relevant skills, but we’d still love to hear from you:

  • Digital or technical consulting experience within a SaaS or eCommerce environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with structured data formats such as XML, CSV, or JSON
  • Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures
  • Hands-on knowledge of technical integrations, scripting, development environments, or DevOps practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of how technical optimisation of digital platforms impacts key business KPIs
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Professional proficiency in English, French (preferred), or German
