About the Role
The role holder will lead customer consultancy for Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, SharePoint Agents, Microsoft 365) customer engagements. Day to day, they will be expected to engage directly with customers, from the presales stage through to delivery.
The role holder will be required to articulate the value of the whole Copilot ecosystem to customers through envisioning sessions and lead business analysis conversations with customers looking to understand and expand their AI opportunity. They will also be able to identify valuable use cases for AI Agents within a customer environment and implement solutions to deliver measurable improvements.
The role holder will have the direct access to Microsoft as part of the Copilot Jumpstart program and be at the forefront of product knowledge as a community member.
Key Responsibilities
- Review/ technical oversight for customer pre-sales engagements
- Responsible for end-to-end stages of delivery including survey, design, build and commissioning of MS Copilot services
- Design and host presales and post-sale workshops with customer stakeholders
- Creation of AI solutions for customers using Copilot Studio
- Author documentation capturing customer requirements and consulting outputs
- Work flexibly to meet project deadlines which may include working out of standard Mon-Fri 9-5 hours at times
- Help support the ongoing relationship with customers including assisting during support issue escalation for complex issues
- Provide technical support for Symity clients which may include out of hours work from time-to-time
- Improve Symity collateral to provide better templates and methodologies across all areas
- Contribute to the strategic direction for Symity across the MS Copilot ecosystem
- Contribute to Symity marketing through social media and blogs

Requirements
Must Haves
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem inc Power Platform
- Demonstrable experience of Business Process Automation including integrations to 3rd party systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, designing and deploying custom AI agents
- Strong experience working in a consulting or customer-facing delivery role
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem
Sought-After Skills
- Custom Application development
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Data science experience, including AI model performance validation
- Background in MS Teams voice ecosystem, including Contact Centres
