- Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise applications integrated with backend infrastructure such as Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, Azure, Intune, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation, application deployment, monitoring, and self-healing solutions.
- Experience with SQL programming, database design, stored procedures, query optimization, and data access technologies.
- Knowledge of web technologies including ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern application integration practices.
- Experience working with data interchange formats such as XML, JSON, AJAX, and REST-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Experience leading development activities, performing code reviews, troubleshooting complex production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working with business users, vendors, and global delivery teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
