Together, we are the primary force behind SoftServe Cloud & DevOps Technology Capabilities and Partnerships. As a part of the AWS Cluster, you will continuously contribute to our AWS Partnership and help design, incubate, and ramp up capabilities for delivering AWS and Hybrid Cloud solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with clients to understand their business objectives and technology ecosystem to architect On-Premise, Cloud and DevOps solutions that align with their needs
- Cooperating with sales and delivery teams to provide pre-sales support, including solution design, technical feasibility assessments, and effort estimation
- Leading the end-to-end solution design process, including requirements gathering, architectural analysis, and implementation planning
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding them through architectural decision-making, leading code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
- Conducting technology assessments and providing recommendations on suitable frameworks, platforms, and tools to achieve the desired business outcomes
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks and challenges, proactively addressing them throughout the project lifecycle
- Exploring emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluating their potential impact on client engagements and solution architectures

REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrating such experience and abilities as
- Working in an Architect role, including designing, building, and maintaining complex, cloud-based solutions
- Creating technical specifications or architecture visions covering quality attributes, diagrams, associated risks, technical and system requirements
- Leading teams of engineers, decomposing complex scenarios into tasks, mentoring the team and providing backup when needed, communicating and convincing around technical decisions
- Conducting pre-sales and executive-level presentations or workshops
- Demonstrating excellence with AWS Cloud and proven experience working with and configuring primary AWS PaaS/IaaS services
- Working with on-premise platforms and sites (Cisco ACI, NSO, Cisco Hardware line)
- Working with Cisco Networking stack
- Working with Nvidia GPU stack and related products (Nvidia AI Enterprise suite, NIM, Nemo, etc.)
- Designing CI/CD pipelines (AWS Developer Tools, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
- Applying hands-on expertise with Kubernetes
- Applying solid background in Infrastructure as Code (principles, tools, best practices)
- Working with configuration management systems (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)
- Applying knowledge of AI-driven applications design
- Holding AWS Solutions Architect certification (Professional is preferable)
- Working with other public Clouds (GCP or Azure)
- Demonstrating scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Shell)
- Deploying, monitoring, and administering SQL/NoSQL DB
