Technical Consultant
(Near Tunbridge Wells | Up to £55k per annum | Hybrid (WFH x2 days/week))

As a Technical Consultant, you will lead client onboarding, technical delivery and advanced support, blending hands-on expertise with project ownership to deliver a highly visible, customer-focused impact.
You’ll drive end-to-end client success:
- Conduct technical assessments and site visits for new clients
- Oversee system migrations and go-live transitions
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure and GDPR-related support issues
- Collaborate with the helpdesk team, mentor colleagues, and ensure exceptional customer experience

Location & Training
- Based near Tunbridge Wells (parking available), with the option to work from home twice a week
- Travel required: Nationwide site visits (some overnight stays, expenses paid)
About You
- IT Support Expertise: Proven track record in client onboarding and technical migrations
- Microsoft 365 specialist with deep knowledge of:
- Intune | Purview | Security Dynamics | Azure | Entra ID
- Regulatory Compliance: Strong working knowledge of GDPR, ITIL framework and IT security best practices
- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience mentoring teams, managing complex technical challenges and balancing multiple priorities
- Customer-Facing Skills: Outstanding documentation, planning and communication when engaging with clients
- UK Driving Licence: Essential for nationwide travel
