We are now hiring a Quest Migration Consultant to join our Consultancy team within IT Services, supporting customers with complex Microsoft migration and transformation projects. This role will focus on delivering migration projects across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, using Quest technologies to support customer transitions, coexistence and modernisation.

You will work closely with customers, internal teams and vendor partners to support the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and discovery through to implementation and handover, helping ensure successful delivery across a range of public sector and not‑for‑profit organisations.

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver migration projects across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support the scoping of migration projects, helping define requirements and solution approach.
  • Carry out discovery activities across AD DS and M365 environments.
  • Contribute to the design, planning and delivery of migration solutions.
  • Work across the full project lifecycle, from initial engagement through to delivery and handover.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality and customer expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Help develop and improve team processes, standards and ways of working.
  • Share knowledge and support other team members through mentoring and collaboration.
  • Maintain relevant certifications and knowledge required for delivery.
  • Ensure all work aligns with data protection, security and company policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
