Technical Consultant
Remote (UK) | £50-55k + Excellent Benefits
Certus Recruitment is partnering with a growing, technology-led MSP looking to add a Technical Consultant to its Professional Services team.
This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from inception through to completion. You'll work directly with customers, delivering Microsoft-centric solutions across a varied client base.
The Role
- Deliver end-to-end infrastructure and cloud projects
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Produce Statements of Work and technical documentation
- Lead migrations, deployments, and onboarding projects
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and technical teams

This role is approximately 90% project delivery and 10% pre-sales support.
Key Technologies
Essential experience includes:
- Microsoft 365 (Intune, Autopilot, Defender)
- Microsoft Azure
- Endpoint and application management
Additional exposure to VMware, Nutanix, Veeam, Zerto, or DR technologies would be advantageous.
The Profile
Applicants should have:
- 3+ years' experience within an MSP, Professional Services, or Technical Consulting environment
- Strong Microsoft cloud and modern workplace expertise
- Proven project delivery experience
- Experience producing SoWs and technical documentation
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
