Our client is a privately owned housebuilder, widely known for their commitment to quality residential developments. Following a significant period of growth, they are now looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to run projects across the region and be involved at the Reserved Matters stage.
This is an opportunity to work within a highly regarded technical department alongside dedicated, in-house specialist teams, reporting directly to a respected Technical Director. Furthermore, it offers the chance to step into a fast-paced development environment where you will gain full project exposure.
