Technical Coordinator
Technical Coordinator – Join the #Hueligans Family!
About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Technical Coordinator to support our Regulatory & Compliance and wider Technical teams.
This role sits centrally in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, ensuring testing, accreditation, and technical processes run smoothly across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Testing Schedule Coordination
- Maintain and manage finished product and raw material testing schedules across:
- Co-manufacturers
- Huel MK
- Track sample submissions, results, and timelines
- Escalate any flags to relevant technical leads
Third-Party Accreditation Management
- Coordinate Huel’s accreditation portfolio, including:
- KLBD Kosher
- HFA Halal
- Coeliac Society
- Vegan Society
- NSF and non-GMO
- Track renewal dates and manage annual review submissions
- Coordinate new product applications and liaise with accreditation bodies
- Schedule and track audits for co-manufacturers and Huel
- Support onboarding administration for new certifications
Retailer Onboarding
- Coordinate and resolve technical queries for seamless launch on retailers’ platforms
Customer Query Support
- Triage and coordinate responses to customer queries on:
- Allergens
- Labelling
- Compliance topics
- Gather relevant information from specifications or technical managers

Horizon Scanning
- Review daily and monthly trends to stay ahead of compliance shifts
Supplier Documentation Management
- Verify supplier raw material certificates of analysis
- Release validated documents on internal system (WMS)
- Flag out-of-specification results
Quality Assurance & Non-Conformance
- Raise non-conformances for:
- Finished products
- Packaging
- Ingredients across the supply chain
Query & Support Coordination
- Manage:
- Supplier & co-manufacturer queries
- Internal team communications via Slack and shared email inboxes
- Ensure accessibility of documents and accurate information

We’re Looking for You If…
You bring these strengths and mindset to the team:
✔ Strong organisational skills – Juggling multiple priorities and deadlines ✔ Experience (preferably) in administrative, coordination, or operations roles ✔ Exposure to food, science, or manufacturing environments (an advantage, but not essential) ✔ ** Excel/Google Sheets** proficiency for data tracking & reporting ✔ Exceptional communication skills – Navigating:
- Internal stakeholders
- External labs, manufacturers, and accreditation bodies ✔ Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping & documentation ✔ Proactive & self-sufficient – Taking ownership without micromanagement ✔ Confidence with AI tools (or willingness to explore) – Leveraging AI for efficiency gains is a big plus!
