About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join our Technical team.
This role is responsible for supporting the site's Quality and Food Safety Management Systems through technical administration, compliance activities, auditing, reporting, and continuous improvement projects. You will play a key role in maintaining technical systems, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and supporting operational excellence across the site.
As part of the Pilgrim's Europe way of working, this is a site-based role requiring close collaboration with Technical, Production, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical data, systems, and documentation.
- Generate reports, analyse trends, and provide clear performance insights.
- Conduct traceability and mass balance exercises.
- Support specification management, product setup, and system validation activities.
- Manage internal audits and support external customer and accreditation audits.
- Monitor audit findings and support corrective action plans.
- Write and maintain SOPs, guidance documents, and process records.
- Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain customer portals and technical compliance requirements.
- Promote a strong culture of Quality, Food Safety, and Health & Safety across the site.

About You
We're looking for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Key Requirements
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience within a food manufacturing or technical environment.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and auditing principles is desirable.

Qualifications
- Level 3 Food Safety (or working towards)
- Level 3 HACCP (or working towards)
- Internal Auditing and Root Cause Analysis experience desirable
