The Role
Our CRM team is growing. We’re looking for a Technical CRM Executive to join our affiliate marketing business in London.
This is an opportunity for someone with some experience with either Adobe campaign or SFMC, as well as HTML, SQL queries, and JavaScript, to support the team in delivering a customer-centric, automated experience across email, SMS, and messaging channels.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the CRM Technical Manager as well as CRM team and its wider ecosystem, using tools such as SparkPost, Email on Acid, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SMS integrations, Adobe Campaign and Rebrandly.
You’ll work on the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives that rely on data and systems so you must have the technical aptitude and knowledge with JavaScript, APIs and ideally base understanding of SQL. This includes managing incoming Jira tickets, monitoring daily campaigns, supporting the wider team, maintaining data quality and compliance, managing automations and integrations, overseeing IP warm-ups, and help build new HTML modules.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
