About The Role
Jobg8 is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients needing assistance with their account management, job feed setup, and technical inquiries. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, providing clear guidance, and ensuring the smooth operation of job advertisement feeds. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, customer service, and problem-solving to develop their skills within a growing organization. You will also support various team functions such as testing new features, assisting in marketing initiatives, and contributing to client success through proactive engagement and technical support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and confidence in working with online systems. Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, technical support, or related roles is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English, are required to effectively interact with clients and team members. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to follow technical procedures, investigate issues systematically, and quickly learn new systems. While not mandatory, experience with job feeds, recruitment software, ATS platforms, CRM systems, email marketing, or B2B lead generation will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line support to clients for account management, job feeds, and technical questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Investigating and troubleshooting simple technical problems, communicating solutions clearly, and escalating complex issues to the technical team when necessary.
- Assisting clients with the setup and ongoing management of job advert feeds using internal tools, including data validation and report review to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitoring customer setups to ensure their operations are functioning as intended, performing basic testing, and logging issues for resolution.
- Retesting fixes post-resolution to confirm issues are resolved effectively and preparing for testing new products or features as they become available.
- Supporting the sales and marketing teams through research, email campaigns, CRM updates, and basic social media or advertising activities to generate leads and promote services.
- Maintaining documentation of client interactions, technical processes, and troubleshooting steps to ensure consistent support quality.
