About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Jobg8. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them in setting up and managing their job advert feeds effectively. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing clear guidance on system usage, and ensuring seamless integration of job data into our platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in recruitment technology, data management, and client support. You will work closely with our technical team, marketing department, and sales team to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the latest recruitment solutions and systems.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support roles, with excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Experience using online systems, data management, and troubleshooting technical issues is essential. A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established processes are crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with recruitment software, ATS platforms, CRM systems, or email marketing tools is advantageous but not mandatory. We value individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities

Customer Support and Integration: You will be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with their accounts, job feeds, or technical queries. Your role will involve investigating simple issues, providing clear and concise responses, updating clients on progress, and escalating complex problems to the technical team when necessary. You will assist clients in setting up and managing job advert feeds using our internal tools, ensuring data accuracy, proper job importation, and report review to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Testing and Quality Checks: Monitoring client setups to ensure their systems operate smoothly will be part of your responsibilities. This includes conducting basic testing, verifying that job adverts display correctly, logging issues with clarity, and retesting fixes after implementation. As you gain experience, your scope may expand to include testing new products and services, contributing to quality assurance processes.

- Marketing and Lead Generation Support: You will support the sales and marketing teams through research activities, managing email campaigns, updating CRM records, and assisting with social media or advertising initiatives.
