Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues.

You’ll be the escalation point when others can’t fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs.

What You’ll Do

Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults Use OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets Create clear technical reports and case updates Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement

Qualifications

What you bring

Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams Ability to support and guide technicians Preferred: experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background

Technical knowledge

Modern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics Networks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay Diagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing

Language

Working proficiency in English required (written and spoken) Additional European languages are a plus
