Technical Delivery Manager
IAM Cyber Technical Delivery Manager
💰 £550–£600 per month (inside IR35) | 📍 London (4 days onsite) 📅 6-month contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IAM Cyber Technical Delivery Manager to lead transformation within a highly regulated financial services environment.
You will drive the delivery of strategic cyber security programmes focused on:
- IAM
- PAM
- Zero Trust
- Identity governance
- Modern authentication
You’ll work closely with security, infrastructure, risk and business stakeholders to strengthen identity security across complex hybrid environments.
As the IAM Cyber Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end cyber delivery across identity transformation initiatives, ensuring secure, scalable solutions are delivered on time while meeting regulatory, audit and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IAM, PAM and Zero Trust transformation programmes
- Deliver identity modernisation initiatives including:
- MFA
- SSO
- Passwordless authentication
- Manage Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and privileged access projects
- Oversee:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Cloud identity integrations
- Drive audit remediation, regulatory compliance and access governance initiatives
- Manage programme:
- Risks
- Dependencies
- Budgets
- Delivery timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Cyber, Infrastructure, Risk and Engineering
- Deliver:
- Executive reporting
- KPIs
- Programme updates to senior stakeholders
- Embed Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles across identity platforms
- Drive continuous improvement through:
- Automation
- Standardised delivery practices

Essential Skills
- Proven delivery of IAM or PAM transformation programmes
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory
- Knowledge of IAM & PAM platforms (e.g. CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Expertise in:
- MFA
- SSO
- Conditional Access
- Passwordless Authentication
- Zero Trust architecture
- Strong understanding of:
- FCA
- PRA
- SOX
- ISO 27001 or NIST
- Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2 or PMP delivery experience
Desirable Experience
- PKI & Certificate Lifecycle Management
- HSM & Enterprise Certificate Authority
- OCI IAM
- Cloud identity transformation
- Audit remediation programmes
- RBAC / ABAC access models
- Cross-border identity programmes
