About The Role
This role supports BT Group's strategy by delivering reliable network services, improving customer outcomes, driving operational efficiency and contributes to service excellence, network transformation, and long-term business value. The role sits within Mobile Infrastructure Delivery, supporting the delivery, transformation, and service assurance of RAN, Transmission, Mobile Backhaul, Ethernet/IP and MEAS services across multi-vendor environments.
You will help deliver reliable and high-quality network services by managing service implementation, operational performance, customer commitments, and issue resolution. Through continuous improvement and efficient service delivery, you will enhance customer experience, maintain service quality, stability, support business growth and operational success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver RAN, Transmission, Mobile Backhaul, Ethernet/IP, and MEAS services. Meet agreed customer, quality and delivery targets.
- Manage service orders from start to finish, including new services, upgrades, changes, migrations, and closures.
- Work with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams to support delivery activities and resolve issues.
- Coordinate delivery across different technologies and vendors. Support network upgrades and service improvements.
- Identify risks and dependencies early. Take action to keep delivery plans on track.
- Manage customer and operational escalations. Provide timely updates and drive resolution.
- Track delivery progress and share clear updates with customers and stakeholders.
- Improve ways of working through process improvements and automation. Help improve service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

Essential Skills / Experience
- Advanced knowledge of delivering services across RAN, Transmission, MEAS, or Mobile networks.
- Proven track record in operational and customer management.
- Proven stakeholder and third-party vendor management experiences and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively.
- Experience working across multiple teams and suppliers to achieve delivery targets.
- Experience supporting MNO or similar telecommunication environments.
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience working with Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia networks.
- Knowledge of 4G/5G, RAN, Transmission, and Mobile Backhaul technologies.
- Experience with network upgrades, migrations, and transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with service assurance and operational delivery environments.
- Experience using automation or reporting tools to improve performance.
- Relevant telecom, project management, or service management certifications.

This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
