We are partnering with a highly respected international premium consumer brand entering the next phase of its technology evolution.
Following significant investment over recent years, the focus has shifted from large-scale transformation to operational excellence, platform simplification and long-term technology leadership.
This is a broad executive technology role with responsibility across enterprise platforms, operational IT, infrastructure, architecture, strategic technology partners and the ongoing evolution of a complex customer-facing technology estate.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape technology strategy while ensuring operational resilience, commercial value and excellent service delivery across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technology function across enterprise applications, infrastructure and operational IT.
- Own the technology roadmap, governance and architecture strategy.
- Lead internal technology teams alongside strategic delivery partners.
- Drive platform simplification, operational efficiency and technology cost optimisation.
- Oversee enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, ecommerce, integrations and data.
- Balance operational stability with pragmatic technology improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and influence long-term technology investment.

We're looking for:
- Technical Director, Director of Technology or IT Director experience within a complex customer-facing organisation.
- Proven ownership of both operational IT and technology change.
- Experience leading enterprise applications, infrastructure, service operations and strategic technology partners.
- Strong commercial judgement with experience aligning technology investment to business objectives.
- Background within retail, premium consumer, hospitality or similarly customer-centric organisations would be advantageous.
