This includes facilitating executive and technical workshops, embedding best practice asset management approaches within client organisations, and working collaboratively across Digital, Engineering Consultancy, and Design & Build teams to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in the development and application of advanced asset management methodologies, integrating engineering, operational, digital, financial, and risk-based approaches to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Lead the development of asset health frameworks, strategies, and evidence bases that support PR29 submissions, investment planning, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset stewardship.
  • Drive improvements in asset health understanding through the effective use of data, analytics, deterioration modelling, risk assessment, performance monitoring, and digital asset management technologies.
  • Translate asset condition, performance, and risk information into clear investment priorities and business cases that demonstrate value, resilience, customer benefit, and regulatory alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor on strategic asset management, asset health, investment optimisation, and regulatory planning.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, contributing to market growth, thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and successful tender submissions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
