Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are seeking a Technical Drawings Lead to oversee the governance, assurance, and continual improvement of technical drawing and spatial information across the contract portfolio. Acting as the technical authority for drawing management, AutoCAD, Revit, and ISO 19650 compliance, the role ensures information remains accurate, controlled, and auditable.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the assessment and remediation of a large technical drawing estate, including programme management of 6000+ drawings, while providing technical leadership for drawing standards, spatial governance, and construction information management. This role ensures information remains aligned with operational, project, and asset management requirements throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme manage and drive the remediation and improvement of approximately 6000 drawings
  • Establish, maintain, and continually improve drawing governance procedures, technical standards, and quality assurance processes
  • Lead the assessment, classification, and remediation of the technical drawing estate, implementing a structured improvement programme
  • Review and assure technical drawing deliverables from consultants, contractors, project teams, and supply chain partners
  • Ensure all drawing information is accurately classified, controlled, and maintained within approved Common Data Environments
  • Act as the primary interface between ISS operational teams, project teams, DWP stakeholders, and supply chain partners
  • Support space planning through the management and improvement of spatial information, floor plans, and occupancy records
  • Identify drawing-related risks, compliance issues, and data quality concerns, implementing corrective and preventative actions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
