About the Role

Yibi Precision is looking for a Technical Engineer to support our Metal Injection Molding (MIM) manufacturing projects for global industrial and technology-driven clients. This role will work closely with engineering, production, quality, tooling, and business teams to support technical evaluation, sample development, process optimization, and mass production follow-up. We are looking for someone with a solid manufacturing background, good technical communication skills, and a practical problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer drawings, technical requirements, and product specifications for MIM manufacturing feasibility.
  • Support early-stage technical evaluation, DFM review, sample development, and trial production.
  • Work with tooling, production, and quality teams to identify process risks and optimize manufacturing solutions.
  • Follow up on project progress from sample validation to mass production.
  • Support communication between customers and internal engineering teams on technical issues.
  • Analyze production issues and assist in improving process stability, product consistency, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Prepare and organize technical documents, process records, sample feedback, and project-related reports.
  • Support continuous improvement activities related to quality, cost, delivery, and production efficiency.
  • Provide technical support for customer meetings, project reviews, and new product development discussions when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
