About The Role
Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and updates of electric vehicle batteries and stationary energy storage systems.
On-site actual operation, equipment disassembly and installation, on-site understanding of various electrical principles.
Analyze and judge on-site faults, combined with computer operating software, data collection, and analysis.
Record on-site fault issues, prepare case summaries, and form reports.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for after-sales maintenance of electric vehicle batteries and stationary energy storage systems, including battery component disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly.
- Diagnose faults, develop effective repair plans, and ensure repairs are carried out according to standard procedures.
- Perform repairs using professional tools and equipment to ensure work quality and safety.
- Record and report key data during the maintenance process and write work reports.
- Attend training courses to stay up-to-date on professional skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, mechanical automation, electrical automation, mechatronics, or related experience is preferred.
- Have good problem diagnosis and solving skills and be able to resolve faults efficiently.
- Have a strong sense of safety and abide by work safety regulations.
- Have a strong interest and willingness to learn new energy technologies and be able to track industry development.
- Ability to be a team player and able to collaborate with other team members to complete work and meet customer needs.
- Hard-working and able to accept business trips within Europe.
- Have a European driving license.
- Pass the company's unified training and get a certificate to work.

- Have good communication skills, fluent in Chinese, and basic communication in English, able to communicate with customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
