About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Engineering Advisor / Manufacturing / DFM Engineer to support product development and production processes. In this role, you will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that designs are optimized for manufacturing and successfully launched into production.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis Analyze 2D drawings and 3D models to ensure compliance with technical requirements Coordinate product development and production launch processes Act as a liaison between customers and supplier companies Implement engineering changes in production systems (change management) Conduct and report production risk analyses, including action plans Ensure timely completion of key production stages Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

Requirements
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of GD&T and inspection/QA practices Experience with 2D/3D CAD software Ability to identify DFM issues from CAD models and technical drawings Understanding of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and/or 3D printing (preferred)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
Experience
2–4 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment 1–2 years of hands-on experience with manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing)

English — native or very fluent (spoken and written)
Location
