Role purpose
We are looking for a flight industry specialist who brings deep expertise in airline content, GDS systems, and travel-tech platforms. This role sits within our Product team and is focused on ensuring we source, manage, and surface the highest-quality flight content to our customers. You will bring first-hand knowledge of how flight distribution works, from GDS and NDC to airline APIs and data feeds, and use that expertise to shape our platform and content strategy. A background in product management is beneficial but not the primary driver; what matters most is your ability to understand, interrogate, and improve how flight content flows through our systems.
Duties and responsibilities
- Apply deep knowledge of flight content distribution (GDS, NDC, airline direct APIs) to assess, onboard, and optimise flight content sources.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on flight content, advising on availability, quality, fare structures, and technical integration options.
- Identify gaps and issues in flight content performance and drive solutions in collaboration with engineering and data teams.
- Communicate effectively with aggregator and airline partners to understand their product offerings and find the most effective integration approach.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of content and platform enhancements, from problem definition through to launch and post-launch review.
- Translate flight industry knowledge and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify content gaps and booking drop-off points to improve the customer journey.
- Identify operational fulfilment opportunities and recommend/develop optimisations.
- Ensure flight content quality standards are met across all providers, including accuracy of pricing, availability, and ancillary data.
- Work with UX/UI designers to translate complex flight data into intuitive customer-facing features.
- Support GTM activity with various department teams for new content or feature launches.
- Define and monitor success metrics for flight content and platform features, iterating based on performance data.
- Line-manage the Flight Product Analyst, guiding them in producing high-quality insights that inform product and content decisions.
- Ensure all product work follows agreed quality standards, documentation practices, and delivery processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
