Primary Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Technical Coordination
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients, including:
- Leading project meetings on database conversion (e.g., data mapping, SQL scripting support).
- Assessing client legacy systems for Cority integrations via proprietary tools.
- Defining workflow logic through business rules and developing advanced reports.
- Liaser with product/technical teams to resolve high-priority implementation issues, ensuring:
- Client satisfaction
- On-time delivery of resolved fixes or requested enhancements.
- Efficient tracking of bugs/findings using Jira.

Client Collaboration & Documentation
- Support client business process reviews (onsite/remote) and:
- Assist with technical requirements and project documentation.
- Provide SME expertise in implementing Cority applications, including:
- Authentication (SSO, LDAP, LDAPS, MFA).
- Data clean-up (historical data via Web Service tools/SQL scripts).
- System integrations (Soap/REST APIs, SQL scripts with FTP/SFTP).
- HL7 format expertise (through MIRTH or similar middleware).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and monitor project timelines, intervening if milestones are at risk.
Requirements & Quality Assurance
- Define and document technical requirements (Change Control Documentation).
- Guide test case development and validation processes to ensure software meets client expectations.
- Communicate specifications with internal programming/product teams for alignment.
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver system administration and advanced BI reporting workshops for client teams.
- Suggest application enhancements to Product Management based on client needs and their viability for broader adoption.
Requirements
Education
- Degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or related field. (Equivalent work experience accepted.)
- Industry experience in EHSQ or Sustainability highly recommended.
- Cority software experience preferred.

Experience & Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of:
- Database tools: SQL, Oracle.
- Web services: SOAP/REST APIs, ADFS, Shibboleth, Ping Federate, etc.
- Scripting: JavaScript, PowerShell, VBA.
- Middleware: MIRTH or HL7 CSV conversion tools (strong asset).
- Soft skills & methodology expertise:
- Exceptional organization, time management, and technical communication skills.
- Familiarity with system development life cycles (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently and in teams, including mentoring and conflict resolution.
- Travel readiness. (May be required.)
