About the Role

Command|Link is reshaping how enterprise customers onboard, adopt, and derive value from our platform. We’re hiring a Technical Implementation Lead—a hands-on technical leader who will own the customer journey end-to-end, solving real-world infrastructure challenges rather than advising from the side lines.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep IT background—whether from an MSP, corporate IT, or cloud deployment—where they’ve configured monitoring, automated workflows, managed servers, and worked directly on firewalls and networks. You’ll be the go-to technical authority for Command|Link’s enterprise accounts, ensuring seamless adoption while pushing improvements to our product team.

This is not a support role—it’s ownership: implementing fast, refining processes, and scaling adoption at high speed. We’re looking for someone ready to grow into leadership, with room to shape the future as Command|Link evolves.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise customer implementations, from kickoff to full platform adoption—speed and quality are your KPIs
  • Configure, deploy, and optimize monitoring, alerting, and automation in client environments
  • Set up and refine monitoring/RMM systems, delivering true hands-on expertise rather than superficial guidance
  • Troubleshoot network, security, and infrastructure issues alongside customers with precision and urgency
  • Script and automate workflows, reducing manual effort and accelerating implementation
  • Bridge the gap between customers and Command|Link’s product team:
    • Translate customer needs into focused technical requirements
    • Validate feasibility of requests
    • Feed real-world insights into product roadmap improvements
  • Build and continuously improve a repeatable implementation playbook, ensuring consistency across all enterprise accounts
  • Occasionally support sales calls when deep technical expertise is needed—but no quota ownership
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering and product teams, ensuring implementation feedback fuels future platform development
  • Embrace additional challenges to strengthen team and organizational success
