We're partnering with an innovative UK technology company that has developed a market-leading authentication platform used to protect products and brands from counterfeiting.
Having successfully commercialised technology originating from world-class research, the business is now entering an exciting growth phase with customers and partners operating globally. To support this expansion, they are seeking their first Technical Implementation Lead to establish and scale a customer onboarding and deployment function
. The Ro leAs Technical Implementation Lead, you will take ownership of customer onboarding and deployment activities, ensuring customers can successfully implement and scale the company's technology within their production environment

Key Responsibil itiesLead customer onboarding and implementation projects from initial engagement through to production deploy ment.Act as the primary technical contact for customers during implementa tion.Understand customer workflows and identify integration requirem ents.Support software, SDK and API integration discuss ions.Collaborate with technical, product and manufacturing teams to resolve implementation challe nges.Define and document scalable onboarding processes and best pract ices.Support customer trials, pilots and production roll outs.Travel internationally to customer and partner sites when requ ired.Drive continuous improvement of onboarding and implementation activi
