Technical Integration & Reporting Lead (SRE / Observability / Reporting tools)

Location: Sheffield - Hybrid / 3 days per week in Office

Experience Required:

  • Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Technical Architecture, or related roles within large, complex technology environments.
  • Strong experience in systems integration, interface design, and automation delivery.
  • Experience producing high-quality solution design documentation.
  • Experience implementing or enhancing operational controls related to capacity, performance, and availability management.
  • Knowledge of internal risk frameworks or external regulatory standards such as DORA, EBA, or PRA.
  • Background in Service Reliability Engineering, system diagnostics, or incident management.
  • Experience with testing tools and test automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring and analytics solutions.
