About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a groundbreaking GreenTech organisation reshaping energy consumption through cutting-edge solutions for electric vehicle charging. Their vision? Accelerating the shift to a smarter, greener, and more cost-effective future for sustainable living.
Now in a critical phase of growth, they’re seeking a hands-on, Technical Lead / Principal / Staff Engineer to:
- Guide engineering squads while staying active in technical delivery
- Shape architecture and define best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver transformative solutions
Ideal candidates bring a mix of leadership and deep technical expertise, bridging vision and execution.

Key Focus Areas
Location & Flexibility
- Hybrid role with 3 days per week based in London
- Full flexibility for remaining days
Tech Stack & Architecture
- Kotlin (or similarly strong Java engineers willing to transition)
- AWS or equivalent leading cloud platforms
- Experience with event-driven architectures and microservices
- Badged for modern, product-driven development

The Reward
- A compensation package worth selecting on salary alone: London market salary up to £130k
- Included: annual bonus, share options
