Technical Lead | Customer Identity Solutions

Salary | Up to £110,000
Hybrid | 1-2 days a week | London, UK

A global consumer-experiences organisation with a diverse international portfolio is undergoing a digital transformation to enhance the end-to-end guest journey across its attractions. They are now hiring a Technical Lead that specialises in Customer Identity Access management to play a critical role in this strategic transformation.

They're seeking a talented Technical Lead to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of the companies Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of talented and experienced engineers and specialists. Managing the team, providing training and performance management.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Identity Management platform, ensuring high performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Maintain and continuously improve service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPI's.
  • Lead the lifecycle of such platforms, including design, implementation and maintenance.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders, prioritising initiatives and aligning with business goals.
  • Deliver reports on platform usage, metrics and trends.

Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor's or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experiences).
  • 5+ years experience managing Identity Management or similar hybrid cloud platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Expertise in scripting/automation tools (Terraform, Powershell).
  • Microsoft Certification (Bonus points).
  • Understanding of IAM protocols.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks like TOGAF or ITIL, and familiarity with compliance standards (GDPR).
