Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Design and build cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Stay hands-on with architecture, coding and technical decision-making
- Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technically robust solutions
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software engineering processes

Requirements
You'll need:
- Proven experience in leading software engineering teams
- Strong expertise in cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on development experience with Java, .NET, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern engineering practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Preference for candidates with consultancy or client-facing experience
