Technical Lead - Enterprise SaaS Implementations (Financial Services)

Build solutions. Lead delivery. Transform financial services.

£110,000 + 7% Pension + 25 Days Holiday Hybrid Working | Central London | 2-3 Days Per Week

Are you the person everyone turns to when an implementation gets complicated?

Do you enjoy leading technical deliveries, working directly with enterprise clients, and turning ambitious requirements into working solutions?

We're looking for a Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of complex SaaS implementations, helping leading financial institutions integrate, configure and successfully adopt a market-leading platform.

This is not a sales role.

It's a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of solution architecture, implementation delivery, integrations, stakeholder management and client consulting.

Why This Role?

You'll be the technical authority on major client programmes - guiding solution design, leading implementation teams, solving integration challenges and ensuring successful outcomes from discovery through to go-live and beyond.

You'll work with senior stakeholders, influence technical direction and play a key role in delivering high-profile transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

If you enjoy answering questions like:

  • How should this platform fit into a client's technology landscape?
  • What's the best way to design this integration?
  • How do we de-risk a complex deployment?
  • Why did that production issue happen, and how do we prevent it happening again?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
