Power Platform & Copilot Engineering Technical Lead
Location: London, Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days per week) Salary: Up to £90,000 + Excellent Benefits
The Opportunity
Cloud Decisions are partnering with one of the UK’s most respected Microsoft-focused organisations to hire a Power Platform & Copilot Engineering Technical Lead.
This is an opportunity to join a business investing heavily in AI, Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform, with a genuine commitment to innovation and employee development. You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation’s internal AI capabilities, building enterprise-scale solutions that deliver real business impact, while helping define the future direction of their Microsoft ecosystem.
Working within a modern product-led environment, you’ll collaborate with architects, product owners and engineering teams to design, build and enhance intelligent business applications using the latest Microsoft technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
- Building intelligent AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Developing integrations across Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure and other enterprise platforms.
- Creating secure, scalable and maintainable applications following best-practice governance and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles.
- Working with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
- Driving engineering excellence through CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git and automated deployment pipelines.
- Mentoring engineers and citizen developers while promoting best practice across the Power Platform estate.
- Keeping at the forefront of Microsoft’s AI roadmap, helping introduce new technologies and capabilities across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll have experience across most of the following:
- Strong commercial experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages.
- Experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), policies and Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD and ALM.
- Strong understanding of low-code development alongside pro-code technologies such as Power Fx, JavaScript, C# or Azure Functions.
- Experience working within Agile product teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A passion for AI, automation and continuous improvement.
