About Us
We’re approaching our tenth birthday and have grown from being a little-known tech start-up to creating a vibrant community at the heart of Greater Manchester’s tech and digital epicentre.
Our name, Naimuri, means "not overburden" in Japanese, reflecting our principles across technology, processes, infrastructure, culture, and leadership. At this place, we empower teams to make the right decisions, explore new ways of working, and foster a bias-free collaborative culture. This allows everyone to bring forth the finest ideas and solutions within an agile environment.
Our business is built on four pillars—wellbeing, empowerment, perpetual edge, and delivery. With people and culture at our core, we aim to realise our mission: making the UK a safer place.
About the Role
Working across a variety of projects (ranging from weeks to 5+ years), you'll own the overall technical solution and guide its delivery—reducing risk while improving project outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
