Hands-on Tech Lead | Hybrid | Central London | Up to £90k + Benefits
Global Digital Agency are hiring a hands-on Tech Lead to lead the delivery of digital products across web, app, and AI platforms. Based near Oxford Circus, London, this hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office. You’ll combine technical leadership with hands-on development, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution architecture
- Provide hands-on support across frontend and backend development
- Manage team delivery and resourcing through JIRA
- Oversee Azure hosting, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Drive code quality, QA standards, and E2E testing using Playwright

Required Experience
- Strong experience leading delivery within a digital agency or end-client project consultancy environment, this is essential
- Commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core
- Strong full-stack development background
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows
- Ability to manage technical delivery in client-facing environments

- Webflow or other low-code platform exposure
- Python experience within AI projects
Package
- Up to £90,000 salary
