Company: Marsh

Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in our London office and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week. As the Technical Lead for M&A projects, you will play a critical role in supporting technical discovery, due diligence, and integration readiness across acquired and legacy products.

This is a highly visible, hands-on position that combines strategic thinking with deep technical expertise, enabling successful integrations and ensuring long-term technology alignment. With a technical-first focus on architecture decisions, integration dependencies, non-functional requirements, and cutover and stabilisation activities, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of complex transformation initiatives.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead technical discovery activities and conduct detailed system and application analysis for acquired and legacy products.
  • Support technical due diligence efforts by identifying risks, dependencies, opportunities, and integration considerations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout implementation and integration activities.
  • Design and recommend target-state integration and modernisation approaches for acquired entities, balancing business objectives with technical requirements.
  • Assess architecture, infrastructure, security, and operational considerations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business functions to ensure successful delivery of integration outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
