A leading independent international insurance and reinsurance broker is seeking an OpenTWINS expert to play a key role in the development, optimisation, governance, and ongoing evolution of its Technical Services function.

This opportunity is deliberately flexible and can be shaped around the successful individual. Whether you're an experienced Technical Services professional looking to take the next step or a seasoned London Market expert seeking a broader strategic remit, the business is open to tailoring the role around your experience and strengths.

The critical requirement is strong London Market Technical Processing experience and a deep understanding of OpenTWINS.

The Opportunity You will become the firm's go-to expert for OpenTWINS, helping to maximise system capability, improve user adoption, enhance technical processing standards, and support operational improvement initiatives across the business. Working closely with Operations, Technical Services, Claims, system providers, and senior stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to influence how technical processing is delivered across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert for OpenTWINS across the business. Lead user support, training, best practice, and system optimisation. Drive system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and process improvements. Support quality assurance, governance, and technical controls. Develop and maintain technical procedures and operating standards. Work closely with internal stakeholders and market partners to improve operational effectiveness. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and automation. About You Strong London Market Technical Processing experience. Advanced knowledge of OpenTWINS is essential. Experience supporting, training, or mentoring colleagues on technical processing and systems. Strong understanding of specialty insurance and/or reinsurance operations. Process improvement mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on. Why Apply?
