Technical Lead
Bristol | Hybrid
£90,000 - £95,000 + Bonus
Join a leading technology and innovation consultancy delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes for some of the UK's most recognised public and private sector organisations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead high-performing engineering teams, shape cloud-native solutions and work closely with clients to solve complex technical challenges.

The Role
- Lead Agile software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Design and build cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure or GCP
- Stay hands-on with architecture, coding and technical decision-making
- Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practice
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD and modern software engineering practices

What you will need?
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams
- Strong cloud experience
- Hands-on development background in Java,.NET or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and modern engineering practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous consultancy or client-facing experience is advantageous
