About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager/Chief Project Architect to lead the technical design development of several luxury hospitality projects worldwide, focusing on boutique hotels and high-end hospitality assets.

Responsibilities

Lead technical development of hospitality projects from RIBA Stage 3 through construction documentation Manage and mentor a team of technical architects, MEP designers and BIM specialists Translate design concepts into coordinated BIM/Revit models and technical documentation Lead interdisciplinary coordination between architecture, structural, MEP and interior teams Oversee construction documentation, detailing and technical quality control Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and project specifications Develop technical standards, BIM workflows and documentation protocols Support technical decisions related to building systems, materials and constructability

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering 8+ years of experience in technical design development Experience leading teams and managing complex project coordination Strong background in high-end hospitality projects (5-star hotels, resorts, luxury villas) Expertise in construction documentation, detailing and system integration Strong BIM/Revit coordination experience Fluent English
