Technical Manager Electrical Contracting

Location: Banstead, Surrey
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

Are you ready to make a real impact?
We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our growing electrical contracting business and help drive the next stage of our development.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain the status quo. We're looking for a proactive leader who can bring fresh ideas, challenge existing processes, and help us raise standards across quality, compliance, technical delivery, and operational performance.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the future direction of the department, influence positive change throughout the business, and play a key role in building a stronger, more efficient, and higher-quality organisation.

The Role

As Technical Manager, you will provide technical leadership across the business while driving continuous improvement in how we operate.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, quality standards, and compliance procedures, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
