Our Client
Our client is a well-known and growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand with an established presence across the UK and Europe. Renowned for its commitment to quality and operational excellence, they continue to invest in their supply chain and technical function to support ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic business where quality, innovation and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical, this hands-on role will lead technical standards and supplier quality across the UK and European supply chain, with a particular focus on protein. Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations, you will ensure product quality, food safety and supplier performance are maintained to the highest standards while supporting new supplier integration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience
- Previous technical and quality experience within the meat or protein supply chain
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, labelling and allergen compliance
- Experience working within the hospitality, QSR or food manufacturing sectors
- Proven experience managing supplier quality and building strong supplier relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborating effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Comfortable travelling across the UK and Europe as required
- A genuine passion for food quality and delivering exceptional customer standards
