Technical Manager (Metallurgical)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Private Healthcare + 6% Pension + Early Finish on a Friday

Are you a Technical Manager or similar from a Metallurgical background, looking for a varied and autonomous role within a well-established business that will look after you for years to come?
On offer is the opportunity to become part of the senior leadership team within a Casting company supplying the Aerospace and Defence industries. With over 70 years in the business the company is an award-winning market leader, known for looking after their people and promoting from within.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Technical & Production operations including Wax/Shell/Foundry and manage all aspects of technical engineering relating to casting manufacturing and champion new product implementation. You'll control the tooling and the processes for new / modified tooling as efficiently as possible ensure timely implementation of new tooling relating to the NPI process by effective project management, intervening when necessary to ensure the correct decisions are made in timely manner.

The Role:
- Overseeing operations of a investment casting site
- Controlling tooling design and procurement
- Technical support for all departments
Hours:
- 8:00-16:30 Monday-Thursday
- 8:00-13:00 Friday
