About the Role

Looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (Technical/Account) to lead customer engagement and business growth. This position involves technical consultancy, account management, and strategic partnership development.

Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience as a:

  • Pre-Sales Engineer
  • Technical Manager
  • Technical Account Manager

✔ Specialised knowledge in physical security systems, including:

  • CCTV
  • IP surveillance
  • Intrusion detection

✔ Soft skills:

  • Result-driven, outgoing, tenacious, and self-motivated
  • Customer-centric outlook
  • Proficient in business analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ Willingness to:

  • Conduct regular business trips
  • Engage with customer visits and on-site demos

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer education & engagement
    • Deliver technical trainings, seminars, presentations, and webinars
    • Increase customer awareness of product capabilities and new features
