About the Role
Looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (Technical/Account) to lead customer engagement and business growth. This position involves technical consultancy, account management, and strategic partnership development.
Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of experience as a:
- Pre-Sales Engineer
- Technical Manager
- Technical Account Manager
✔ Specialised knowledge in physical security systems, including:
- CCTV
- IP surveillance
- Intrusion detection
✔ Soft skills:
- Result-driven, outgoing, tenacious, and self-motivated
- Customer-centric outlook
- Proficient in business analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Willingness to:
- Conduct regular business trips
- Engage with customer visits and on-site demos
Key Responsibilities
- Customer education & engagement
- Deliver technical trainings, seminars, presentations, and webinars
- Increase customer awareness of product capabilities and new features
