About the Role
ATEXIS is seeking a Technical Material Support Specialist to join our team!
What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
📋 Customer Meetings & Coordination
- Serve as the manufacturer’s representative in daily/weekly customer meetings to address:
- Material needs
- Failure resolutions
- Replacements & orders
- Documentation updates

🧐 Material Surveillance & Availability
- Monitor & anticipate spares needs to maintain fleet availability.
- Proactively liaise with customers and the central order desk for timely updates.
🔧 Technical & Commercial Support
- Validate material requests by analysing maintenance documentation.
- Collaborate with the Central Team on commercial & technical assessments.
📊 Reporting & Prioritization
- Prepare reports on:
- Materiel Services activities
- Order book analysis (Spares & Repairs)
- Escalate critical issues, including:
- Backlogged orders
- Grounded aircraft (A/C)
- Quality defects
💻 IT Systems & Logistics
- Ensure up-to-date manufacturer/customer IT systems for material tracking.
- Oversee:
- Demand forecasting
- IPLs (Immediate Priority Lists)
- Material orders & spares inspections

Qualifications
- 📚 Degree required: Engineering (aerospace/aeronautical background is a plus).
- 📅 1–3 years of experience in:
- Services
- Supply chain
- Operations
- Logistics
- Quality
- Material support
- 🇪🇸 Language: Native Spanish (required).
- 🛫 Industry-specific experience:
- 1+ year in aeronautical maintenance (experience with monitoring plans and manuals).
- 6+ months in aeronautical logistics.
Additional Information
- 📅 Contract Type: Permanent (expected extension beyond initial 1-year commitment).
